“Diminished faculties of Biden”

Should we worry about a U.S. President who keeps seeing long-dead people, and who cannot remember when he was the Vice President or even the date of his son’s death? Has President Joe Biden finally reached the point of “diminished faculties” that would make him eligible to be removed from office under the 25th Amendment?

Then again, as prosecutor Robert K. Hur recently determined, Biden broke the law and “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials”, a charge similar to the one levied against President Trump.

So, what card will the Democrats play? Will they declare Biden unfit to govern, or will they prosecute him for taking classified material out of the Capitol building as a U.S. Senator and later as Vice President?  It has to be one or the other; otherwise, our legal system of justice is hollow, unjust, and simply a two-tiered system of corruption, like a third-world dictatorship.  So, what will the Democrats pick—justice or injustice?
