If you look at it objectively, Pacific Grove is most probably the last city in California, if not the nation, that needs to spend $350K of taxpayer money on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training. Ninety-five percent of P.G. residents are white, and darn near 100 percent of P.G. residents are far-left-of-center liberals.

In case you don’t know it, there is a big difference between equality and equity. Equality seekers want an even playing field so everyone has the same chance to achieve their best based on their God-given abilities. “Equity” seekers want everyone to be equal at the expense of others, regardless of their abilities, mostly at the expense of White males. It seems to me they seek to evoke White guilt for men being heterosexual and displaying “toxic masculinity,” and of course, racism, even though they don’t know it, because of their micro-aggressions.

I’ll tell you what. I’ll do the study for half the price in record time. Just call me, suckers.
