During Biden’s tour of the Middle East, he said at press conferences he didn’t plan to raise the subject of the Khashoggi murder with the Saudis because his first priority was oil production and energy prices. But he caved in to pressure and brought the issue up first, confronting an already hostile Saudi prince. No agreement with the Saudis was reached to raise oil production, either.

So, when you look at gas prices up to over $6 a gallon again at your local economy gas station, you can thank Biden once more for his blunt and tactless foreign diplomacy.
