Reparations

“Reparations,” Monterey Herald – May 9, 2023

An unelected racist California board has recommended that “qualified” blacks should receive up to $1.5 million each because of slavery in the past. Another bigoted black politician in San Francisco claimed that $5 million is not enough for each black person because many blacks are in a higher tax bracket. That means many blacks are successful and make too much money but deserve corrupt free money from the taxpayers who were never slave owners.

Another racist black sponsor of this racially bigoted possible legislation stated that whites inherit money therefore, blacks deserve the reparations. My grandparents were very poor when they migrated to America like millions of other white Europeans and my parents, like all of my aunts and uncles inherited no money.

My mother who worked in Cannery Row for over 35 years started at the age of 12 making a dollar a day as my father, a fisherman, fished in four places for 12 months for over 35 years too.  Many thousands of blacks were involved in the New World slave trade and in Africa and America and it was not just whites that were slave owners throughout the world.

Recently, another bigoted politician from Denver stated that all white businesses should be taxed for reparations, too.  Favoring one group of people over others because of skin color is racist, unfair, and bankrupting, morally and financially.
