Has anyone noticed the stats that show how the majority of prosecutors in Democrat-controlled cities fail to prosecute gun crimes? Example: Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has downgraded 52% of felony cases to misdemeanors compared to 39% in all of 2019. Those downgrades to lesser charges mostly include armed robberies.

Anthony McRae, the alleged killer of three students at Michigan State University, was arrested in 2019 for illegally carrying a concealed weapon. That felony crime alone should have resulted in a lifetime ban to buy or possess guns. But he was instead encouraged to plead guilty to a misdemeanor which allowed him to buy the guns he used to kill three college students later.

The city of Washington D.C. unanimously passed a crime law bill that would reduce charges and times for felonies with a gun, making the penalty five years in jail instead of the normal 15 years.

Do Democrats want to increase gun deaths in order to outlaw guns? If that happens, only criminals and politicians will have guns while the unarmed law-abiding citizenry will be fearful for their lives as local police departments wither. That’s a Democrat world!
