It looks like Biden got caught with his hand in the top-secret cookie jar. President Obama-era classified documents were recently uncovered in Biden’s office at the University of Pennsylvania-affiliated Penn Biden Center in Washington DC.

The Democrats and the legacy media are chagrined but assert that this situation is different from the one bedeviling Trump. Amazingly, they are right. U.S. Presidents have a lot of discretion when it comes to holding and storing classified documents, but not Vice Presidents. There is little or no authority for Vice Presidents to store and distribute U.S. secrets to academic think tanks, especially one attached to the University of Pennsylvania, which received $54 million from Red China from 2014 to 2019.

Democrats always seem to stumble into incredibly hypocritical quagmires. This bad behavior could be due to old habits dying hard. During their slaveholder days, Democrats saw themselves as superior to others while mistreating outsiders as inferior.

One would think that Democrats would someday update their pre-Civil War political playbook.
